Modern British Academy has worked in Mussafah since 1993; in the Cambridge registry it still stands under its former name - Good Will Children Private School - and the old domain simply redirects to the new one. The stages run from FS2 to Year 10, and that is the main thing a parent needs to know: the school has no senior stage, it awards neither IGCSE nor A-level, and after the tenth year a child finishes school elsewhere. The curriculum is the Cambridge British one, with practical subjects. The school is a small one and describes itself in numbers: a capacity of 650 students, twenty teachers, a 90 per cent graduation rate across all grades and 90 per cent of students passing international examinations. There is no senior stage: the school does not enter students for final Cambridge examinations, and the last two years of school are done elsewhere. The school day runs from 07:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
