Pakistan Education Academy opened in 1968 and was set up to serve the educational needs of Dubai's Pakistani community - its principal says so plainly. It stands on Oud Metha Road. The school holds two reference points at once: the UAE National Agenda and external examinations - the Pakistani Federal Board FBISE and the Cambridge examinations. There are four phases: the kindergarten department, the primary school from grade 1 to grade 5, a middle school affiliated to FBISE, and the senior grades 9 to 12. In grades 11 and 12 four core subjects are compulsory - English, Urdu, Pakistan Studies and Islamic Studies. The school names Islamic principles as its foundation and faith, honesty, courage, compassion, justice and tolerance as its values. Of its 2024 results it publishes percentages: a 90 per cent pass rate with a 33-point average, a 97 per cent pass rate, 21 per cent A* to A grades, and a 100 per cent pass rate with 37 per cent of students receiving three Ds.
