The school was founded in 1963 by the Anglican Church of Paraguay and recognised by the Ministry of Education in 1967; over six decades it has had seven heads, and many of its leavers now bring their own children here. Teaching is bilingual, Spanish and English, and in the main school Guaraní is added to them: part of the subjects - Language Arts, Science, History - are taught in English to Cambridge Primary standards, the rest follow the programme of the Paraguayan ministry. The school path begins at the age of three with the Jardín 3 group and reaches the third year of the upper-secondary stage, where a pupil may choose a science baccalaureate with an emphasis on either the natural or the social sciences. Each year group has a single section and about 25 pupils; Jardín 3 attends in the mornings only, while from Jardín 4 the day is a double one, from eight in the morning until half past three. The older pupils prepare for the Cambridge IGCSEs in English, mathematics, biology, art, literature, ICT, business and Global Perspectives, for the KET, PET, FCE, CAE and CPE language certificates and for the Trinity College London examinations, and the final year prepares for AS Level. School life rests on the Anglican tradition: Bible lessons, assemblies, outings and spiritual camps, trips by the first and third years to the Chaco to the Anglican mission, and work with NGOs; the school holds its sports meetings on its own ground in Surubi'i, where the thirteenth inter-school tournament took place. The school publishes neither the cost of tuition, nor the number of pupils, nor a list of graduate universities on its site.

About the fees There is no section on the cost of tuition on the site at all: the school names neither a monthly fee, nor an entrance contribution, nor an enrolment charge. The only way to learn the sum is an application through the form on the site: the school writes that it accepts applicants solely through it.
Admissions An application is submitted only through the form on the site, and the single official channel of correspondence is the address admision@csa.edu.py; letters from any other addresses and telephone numbers the school treats as invalid. Enrolment usually opens at the end of August of the year before entry; for 2027 a window from 2 November to 4 December has been announced, and classes begin on 15 February. The process runs in stages: submission of the file of documents by the deadline, an individual interview with the applicant (from Grade 1 upwards an assessment on subject content may be added to it), an interview with the family and, where necessary, a request for reports from outside specialists. Applicants from Grade 2 upwards must have all the subjects of the previous year passed with an average mark of no less than 3 in each and excellent reports on conduct. For the last two years of the baccalaureate the school takes no new pupils at all. Priority for entry to Jardín 3 goes to younger brothers and sisters of pupils and to children of leavers, but each child is admitted separately and the enrolment of one does not guarantee the enrolment of a second. The school reserves the right to refuse and does not explain its decision.
Stages and year groups Grades 3º curso de la Educación Media. Educación Inicial: Kinder 3, Kinder 4, Preescolar (in the admission rules the same stages are called Jardín 3 and Jardín 4). Educación Escolar Básica: Grades 1 to 9. Educación Media: years 1, 2 and 3, Bachillerato Científico with an emphasis on either the natural or the social sciences. Each year group has one section, on average 25 pupils. Jardín 3 attends from 8:00 to 11:50, from Jardín 4 there is a double shift, 8:00-15:30, and from Grade 1 lessons begin at 7:30. The school contradicts itself about its youngest group: on the history and "Nosotros" pages it says "alumnos desde la guardería hasta el 3º curso de la Educación Media", while the admission rules say "la escolaridad se inicia a los 3 años (cumplidos a marzo) ingresando al Jardín 3", and the list of stages has no nursery group in it. Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. If the stages are known they are named in the line below; if that line is missing, the school does not publish them, and the Cambridge registry does not show stages either - it gives only the name of the centre, the country and whether private candidates are accepted. Cambridge calls what it does registration rather than accreditation, and the network holds about ten thousand schools.
