The count runs from 2019: the launch was announced on 7 March 2019, and the first two campuses opened on 12 August 2019 - EMASI Van Phuc and EMASI Nam Long, both in Ho Chi Minh City. The first graduating class was in 2022. The third campus, EMASI Plus Waterpoint, opened on 7 March 2025. Nguyen Tuyen is named as the founder, and in the footer of the site the network is marked as a member of the Khai Sáng group. The sites describe the standing of the third campus differently: emasi.edu.vn counts Waterpoint as the third EMASI campus and its first school with boarding, while emasiplus.edu.vn runs a separate brand and separates EMASI Schools and EMASI Plus Schools in its menu. The place disagrees as well: Tay Ninh on one site, Ben Luc in Long An province on the other. Teaching is bilingual, Vietnamese and English, from the preschool stage to grade 12, with the national programme paired with the Cambridge Pathway and the early years on EYFS with elements of Montessori. WASC accreditation and membership of Cambridge International are declared.
