Neo Study is a private full-day school in Limassol, opened in 2022 for Ukrainian children and run as part of the Ukrainian education group Study.ua. Teaching is bilingual: the Ukrainian programme under the state standard runs alongside the Cambridge one, around 70 per cent of lessons are taught in English, and in Grades 8-11 the Canadian Ontario Secondary School Diploma programme is added, so leavers receive two school-leaving certificates - a Ukrainian one and a Canadian one. The day is long: lessons from eight in the morning, lunch in the school canteen, and until six in the evening homework with teachers and clubs, from robotics and chess to football and dance; there is a school shuttle, a psychologist and a tutor. The school has no Cypriot licence: it admits pupils under an exception provided for by law, "παρέκκλιση", and says itself that licensing in Cyprus takes from two to five years; pupils sit the Cambridge Checkpoint exams at Pascal schools in Limassol. The school does not name tuition fees or charges on its site and invites you to leave an enquiry. There is no list of the universities its leavers have entered and no exam results on the site either, and the academic team is shown in photographs without names.

About the fees The school puts no price on its site: instead of a sum, every page carries a form - "Leave an enquiry to receive detailed information about the programme, the cost and the conditions of entry" and "Get up-to-date information about the cost and the requirements for entry". The only sum on the site relates not to tuition but to the day camp: "€500 /5 days/".
Admissions The school lists its entry requirements on its English page: "The level of English is not lower than A2", "The average grade of school performance is at least 8 on a 12-point scale", "Passing an interview by a student with school mentors", "Agreement with all clauses of the Code of School Rules". The Ukrainian pages do not list admission conditions and invite you to leave an enquiry: "Leave an enquiry to receive detailed information about the programme, the cost and the conditions of entry". The school admits Ukrainian children with temporary protection status in Cyprus and teaches them under a licence from Ukraine's Ministry of Education and Science, while under Cypriot law it works under the "παρέκκλιση" exception.
Stages and year groups Grades Grades 1-11 and PreSchool. The school announces its intake like this: "For pupils in Grades 1-11 and Pre-School" and "Intake open: Grades 1-11, Preschool". The full-day timetable is split into three stages - "Grades 0-4", "Grades 5-7", "Grades 8-11" - with Grades 8-11 following "the state standard of Ukraine's Ministry of Education and Science + OSSD (the Canadian school-leaving certificate)" and Grades 5-7 preparing for the Cambridge KET and PET exams. That the senior stage is working is also visible from the reviews on the same page: parents of pupils in Grades 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 and pupils of Grade 10 themselves, who study on the OSSD programme. The English "About Us" page says something else - "embarked on its way to recognition as a private Cypriot school for 1-6 graders in the category of international schools' type 3": this is the category in which the school sought Cypriot recognition when it opened, not its present span of grades. From the 2026/27 school year the school plans a "full transition to an international programme taught in English, with the key components of the Ukrainian educational programme retained".

The school has its own NEO STUDY CAMP day camp on its grounds in Limassol: "the camp is located on the grounds of the NEO STUDY UKRAINE International School in Limassol by the sea", for children aged 5-12, in mini-groups of up to 14, from 9:00 to 18:00, with three meals a day, a school shuttle, IT and English classes, excursions and workshops. The school puts the Limassol day camp into its June-August programme together with three away options - a mountain camp in Troodos, a language camp based at UCLan Cyprus and educational trips to the USA and the United Kingdom.

What the listings show: Cambridge subjects, the school says, are taught by native speakers of English, and psychologists are involved in the work with the children.
There is no separate section on teaching staff on the site: the "Neo Study Academic Team" block on the home page is a carousel of nine photographs without names or job titles, that is, the staff are posted as pictures rather than as text. By name the school names five people: the head of the international department, the country head for Cyprus, a primary school teacher, a geography and biology teacher and an English teacher. The school gives its class size itself: sixteen pupils, homework with tutors in the classroom itself and a mentoring service.
