North Schools is a secular bilingual school in Punta del Este in the department of Maldonado, which opened its doors in 2024 and belongs to the Argentine-Uruguayan Itínere network. The stages today are nursery from the age of one and a primary school up to the sixth year; the school promises to open a secondary stage in 2029. From the age of five the day is necessarily a double one: one shift on the national programmes in Spanish, the second entirely in English on the Cambridge Primary Programme. The younger children have music, cookery, PE and sessions with a psychomotor specialist in their timetable, and from Kinder age five drama entirely in English and robotics are added, while PE changes with the seasons between Football, Rugby, Basketball, Handball and Athletics. The school names no separate child protection policy, but a school guidance department works at the campus, in which three specialists are named by name. The school gives the price at a meeting with the family, and it does not name the number of pupils, the contributions or the composition of its teaching staff by name.

About the fees The school has no section on fees. It gives the price only at a meeting with the family, and that is what it writes on its site as well: prices for the schools in the departments of Maldonado and Canelones are given at an interview at the school itself. The campus page says that the price depends on the stage and on additional services, and for details of the enrolment fee and the monthly instalments they suggest asking over WhatsApp or through the form.
Admissions Admission goes through a single network form in which the campus is chosen in a field of its own: the school asks for the parent's contact details, the district of residence, the campus, the year of entry, the level wanted and the child's previous school, and allows up to five candidates in one application. The list of levels in the form runs from KINDER 1 to PRIMARY 6, and after that come MIDDLE SCHOOL 1-3 and SENIOR 1-3. The school writes: "Agradecemos su interés en ser parte de nuestra comunidad. A continuación encontrarán el formulario para conocer más nuestra propuesta y conocer el proceso de ingresos". The campus team includes a separate admissions secretary, and the school suggests corresponding over the WhatsApp of the campus in Maldonado.
Stages and year groups Grades Kinder 1 - Primary 6 (nursery from the age of one and the full primary stage). Today the school goes up to the sixth year of the primary stage. The school plans to open a secondary stage in 2029 and describes it as a Middle & Senior School with a bilingual route and international certifications from the University of Cambridge; the Middle School and Senior levels already stand in the admission form. The primary day runs from 8:30 to 16:30, of which one shift (4 hours) follows the national programmes in Spanish and the second (4 hours) the Cambridge Primary Programme in English. In Kinder for ages 1-4 the day can be simple (from 8:45 to 12:30 or from 12:45 to 16:30) or double (from 8:45 to 16:30); from Kinder age 5 the double day is compulsory.

Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. If the stages are known they are named in the line below; if that line is missing, the school does not publish them, and the Cambridge registry does not show stages either - it gives only the name of the centre, the country and whether private candidates are accepted. What this means for this school. This entry does not count towards the score, and that is deliberate. Campus: The campus is on Av. Aparicio Saravia in Punta del Este. The school writes that its spaces are conceived to inspire and to support creativity and wellbeing, joining indoor and natural environments as "the third teacher", and it calls the location well connected with Maldonado, San Carlos, Punta Ballena and La Barra. The school gives no separate list of premises in text: the campus rooms themselves are shown only in photographs. A psychomotor hall on the first level, where the sessions with the psychomotor specialist take place. Kitchen: a cookery workshop stands in the Kinder timetable. The school names neither an indoor sports hall on its grounds nor membership of the Club Náutico for this campus.
