Northern Hills is a bilingual Catholic school in the Bosque Peralta Ramos woodland in the south of Mar del Plata: two hectares hold the primary and secondary buildings, a covered sports hall, rugby and football pitches, a beach volleyball court and a dining hall, and the three-storey secondary building of 1,100 square metres opened in 2023. Children are taken from the age of two, then come preescolar, six years of primary school and six years of secondary with the "Bachiller Bilingüe Inglés - Castellano en Economía y Administración" orientati. English begins in kindergarten; in the secondary school the school prepares pupils for S, AS, ICE and PET for School, and in French for DELF A1 and A2, and it calls itself the only SAT centre in Mar del Plata and in the south of the province. School life rests on four houses with captains and prefects, on Sports Day, Family Day and Spirit Week, on two choirs, the jazz band Banda and drama festivals in English and French, and in the fifth year of secondary school pupils are taken for a month to Winston-Salem, North Carolina. There is a chapla, catechesis towards the sacraments and a missionary youth group, and the senior girls build housing for people in need. The school gives neither its fees, nor its number of pupils, nor its year of foundation on the site. Choirs: the Junior Choir for the 4th and 5th grades of primary school under Prof. Mariana Santoro, the Senior Choir for the 6th grade of primary and years 1-6 of secondary under Prof. Lucía Silva; Banda is an orchestra with a jazz leaning under Prof. José Marín. The drama festivals run within foreign language lessons, "Shakespeare's Hall of Fame" in the first cycle of secondary school, and musicals in English are staged by all three levels. Outside lesson time there are "talleres optativos de básquet y fútbol". The school runs an annual choral festival, "Encantar", in Mar del Plata.
