The oldest bilingual school in Quilmes: it opened in 1907 around the Davidson family and its founder Miss Esther Ross, on the corner of Alsina and Brown, and has run without a break ever since. Today it takes a child from the nursery, from forty-five days old, to the final year of secondary school, with orientations in social sciences and in economics and administrati, all on a double shift. English here is not a subject but a second track: the school prepares pupils for international certificates, and its 2025 leaver took the best result in Argentina for the Cambridge AICE Diploma in November of that year. From year 3 of primary school all pupils are divided into three houses - Huds, Livingstone and Shackleton - which collect points for work, tidiness, behaviour and sport and meet once a year at the Interhouse for hockey, football, handball, athletics and tug of war. The school has its own sports field on the Quilmes riverside, and the dining hall is in a separate building on Paz street, with a menu overseen by a dietitian and compulsory booking in advance. About the fees The school names no amounts on its site: it writes about how fees are organised by stage for the 2026 school year, and asks that the price be requested from the administration - by telephone on 4253-0123 (extension 1) or 15-3686-9919, or in person at Rivadavia 469, second floor, Quilmes, from 8.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17.00.
Admissions Enrolment goes by stage on separate forms: Jardín Maternal with a choice of Lactantes, Deambuladores or Sala de dos años; Jardín de Infantes with a choice of the three, four and five-year-old groups; Primario and Secundario with a choice of year from one to six. The form asks for first name and surname, telephone, email, group or course, and the question itself. In Jardín de Infantes the double shift is compulsory from the first to the third secti, and in primary and secondary school the double shift is compulsory as well.

Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. Campus: A teaching residence at Rivadavia 460 and an administrative one at Rivadavia 469 in Quilmes. The dining hall is a separate building at Paz 588 with its own office. The sports field is at Av. Cervantes 1445 on the Quilmes riverside strip, with transport organised to each stage's calendar. The school's hockey club is at Rivadavia 460. The senior building is the "La Ynés" house, joined to the school in 1927 together with tennis, a full-size hockey pitch, basketball and a play yard. There has been an assembly hall since the thirties; the present one opened in 1979.

The school does not show its teaching staff by name. The houses are run by Housemistresses - teachers with recognised service in the school, chosen by the head. Supervision of pupils in the dining hall the school states outright to be the duty of its teaching staff.
