A state primary school of enhanced standard in Long Biên District: it was set up by a district decision in 2014 and works to the "công lập chất lượng cao" model - a state school with a strengthened programme. It teaches Lớp 1 to Lớp 5 in Vietnamese, English is taught by Vietnamese and visiting foreign teachers, and mathematics and science are partly delivered in English; separately the school runs the Cambridge programme for the primary stage. The site covers 7224 square metres, with 17 classrooms of 52 square metres each for 25-30 children, 13 specialist rooms - music, art, computing, foreign languages, handicraft, a digital bilingual room - and a physical education hall; in physical education the children choose a sport and train at the district sports and culture centre. Transfer into the school goes through an entrance assessment, and admission to Lớp 1 is by cut-off score. The school sets out the size of its fees and the composition of its teaching staff only in attached documents, not as text; it names neither a child protection policy, nor a medical room, nor a psychologist. These are the activities the school names one by one: "Học sinh được tự đăng ký lựa chọn các môn học như: Bóng đá, Bóng rổ, Cầu lông, Võ Taekwondo, Cờ vua, Khiêu vũ thể thao và Aerobic" in physical education and "02 tiết nghệ thuật bao gồm các bộ môn: Đàn organ và Mĩ thuật". About after-school clubs the school writes in general terms - "các câu lạc bộ ngoại khóa" - and gives no list of them.

About the fees The school announces its fees month by month: the "Học phí" section holds nine notices of tuition and service charges, the most general of them being "Thông báo về mức thu học phí năm học 2025-2026". The amounts sit in the files attached to the notices; there are no figures on the pages themselves.
Admissions The school describes transfer step by step: "Đăng kí thông tin thi tuyển đầu vào", then "Tham gia đánh giá năng lực đầu vào tại trường", and only "Sau khi nhận được kết quả trúng tuyển" do parents submit the transfer applicati, after which they hand the documents to the office and receive a class placement. Admission to Lớp 1 goes by cut-off score - the school publishes a "Thông báo điểm chuẩn tuyển sinh lớp 1" and a repeat notice of the cut-off score.
Stages and year groups Grades lớp 1 - lớp 5. The school is primary only: its teaching materials and e-lesson sections are divided into Khối 1, Khối 2, Khối 3, Khối 4 and Khối 5, admission is to Lớp 1, and the school has no older stages.

Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. Campus: A 7224 square metre site in the Sài Đồng development, with buildings of no more than three storeys: "Ngôi trường được xây mới trên khu đất rộng 7224 m2 thuộc lô TH2 khu đô thị Sài Đồng gồm 17 phòng học, 13 phòng chức năng, khu hiệu bộ". Classrooms of 52 square metres: "Mỗi lớp học có diện tích 52m2/phòng theo tiêu chuẩn dành cho 25-30 học sinh/lớp", with air conditioning, a projector, a computer and lockers for personal belongings. The school lists the specialist rooms itself: "phòng âm nhạc, phòng mỹ thuật, phòng tin học, phòng ngoại ngữ, phòng khéo tay, phòng học Song ngữ bài giảng số, nhà thể chất". 17 classrooms. 13 specialist rooms. Physical education is partly held off campus: "được học tập và rèn luyện thể chất tại Trung tâm Thể thao - Văn hóa quận Long Biên". The school shows its rooms in photographs, and its facilities page carries no separate written inventory of the premises.
