St Nicholas' School has been running in Olivos since 1968: it was founded by two teachers, Miss Daiana and Miss Alicia, and the school saw its first leaving class as early as 1973. It now has more than 800 pupils, spread across three separate houses: the kindergarten on Bermúdez, the primary school in an old English villa on Estrada with a large park, and the secondary school with the administration on Raws. The school is bilingual, Spanish and English, with a single extended day and two parallel forms in every year, non-denominational and without state subsidy; leavers receive the Argentine Bachiller Bilingüe diploma with a bias towards the natural or the social sciences, and in English they sit University of Cambridge examinations. French is taken as a second foreign language, with the DELF diploma under an agreement with the Alliance Française. Sport and the stage rest on a system of three Houses - RED, BLUE and GREEN - and senior pupils travel to Model United Nations, model legislature and mock trial events. The school runs three stages: Kindergarten (Kindergarten 2 and Kindergarten 3/4/5), Primaria and Secundaria, each with two parallel forms, A and B. Word for word: "Dos divisiones por curso (A y B): en todos los niveles". The school gives no number for the final year; only the diploma is named: "Bachiller Bilingüe con Orientacion en Ciencias Naturales. Bachiller Bilingüe con Orientacion en Ciencias Sociales".

There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. Campus: Three separate houses in Olivos: the kindergarten at Cap. Justo G. de Bermúdez 1292, the primary school at José Manuel Estrada 3329 and the secondary school with the administration at Guillermo Rawson 2625. Of the primary school building the history page says: "Se adquirió la propiedad de Estrada 3329, una típica casona inglesa rodeada por un gran parque". The school gives no list of facilities - library, laboratories, sports hall.
