This German school in Porto has worked since 1901 and teaches about 700 children from kindergarten at 3 to the German International Abitur. About the fees Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year: 6057.75 euros in kindergarten with attendance until 17:00, 4981.50 euros in primary school, 5535 euros in the Gymnasium. It is paid in 1, 3 or 10 instalments; over 10 that is 605.78, 498.15 and 553.50 euros a month.
Admissions The school admits children whose home language is German, Portuguese or any other. Kindergarten takes children from 3, and no German is required for it. A transfer into the school is possible into any grade if there is a place and if the child's German matches the level of the grade: the language is assessed during admission itself. The steps are pre-registration, a personal meeting with the family and child, submission of the full application and written confirmation of the place.
