Illustration · Monforte del Cid
An international bilingual school in Monforte del Cid, between Alicante, Elche, Elda and Petrer, part of the Ariston Education group. It takes children from 3 to 18 and teaches them the Spanish national programme, enriched with English and a third language. In the first two years of kindergarten about 80 percent of the day is in English; from the last kindergarten year to the second grade of primary children learn German and French, and from the third grade they choose one of them. In secondary, English language, physical education with swimming, communicative English, visual arts, tutor time and ethics are taught in English, and in some years marketing, social media and journalism. In the upper years there are two paths to choose from: the Spanish Bachillerato or A Levels in a blended format, at school and online, in four subjects, with access to Spanish universities through UNED. The school is an official Cambridge examination centre, and pupils take language examinations at every stage. The head is Rosa María Tortosa. The campus covers more than 33000 square metres, with an indoor pool.

About the fees The school publishes its fees for the 2026-2027 school year in a separate file, an enrolment kit, on the fees page; there are no tuition sums on the site's pages themselves, and admissions also gives them by telephone and e-mail. From the site's pages the 330 euro file fee and club prices are known.
Admissions The school writes that children of many nationalities study there; the list of admission documents accepts the passport, DNI or NIE of the child and the parents. The procedure has four steps: an enquiry on the site, a personal tour with admissions, an application with copies of the child's and parents' documents, the latest school report and, for kindergarten, the vaccination card, then a formal offer of a place if there is one in the relevant year. To secure the place the school's terms are signed and the enrolment and file fees are paid. The school may set a test and an interview. If there are no places, the child goes on the waiting list after paying the file fee, 330 euros; this sum is refunded if the family leaves the waiting list, but not if it refuses an offered place.
Stages and year groups Grades Infantil (3 years) - 2 Bachillerato. Kindergarten from 3 to 6, primary school, secondary (ESO) from 12 to 16 and the upper stage from 16 to 18, with a choice of the Spanish Bachillerato or A Levels in four subjects in a blended format, at school and online. The programme is the Spanish national one, bilingual, with a third language.

CambridgeCambridge International Education
Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. If the stages are known they are named in the line below; if that line is missing, the school does not publish them, and the Cambridge registry does not show stages either - it gives only the name of the centre, the country and whether private candidates are accepted. Cambridge calls what it does registration rather than accreditation, and the network holds about ten thousand schools.
What the badge means for this school. The school is allowed to run this programme and to award its certificate. This is a confirmation of the programme, not a judgement on the school as a whole. The entry stands in the organisation's public register - anyone can check it. At this school: A-Level (ages 16-18). A-Level is the senior years, and their results are what British and many other universities admit on.

The school publishes nothing about where its leavers go: no share going on to university, no exam results, no list of universities.

Reviews
No reviews yet. The community rating counts towards the score once a school has five verified reviews - until then we do not show a zero, so as not to mislead.

A low score here means the school does not write about this, not that the school does not have it: a school with good security and a sparse site will score low. A school can fill in its profile, and the score will be counted again.
The score is counted from 7 of the 9 criteria.Only those with checkable data count: programmes and accreditations from official registers, the fee from a published price list. Where it says "scored on the median", the school has no data and the middle of the list is put in its place, so that a gap gives no advantage. Admissions, teaching staff and reviews come in as their data arrives.
