A small private American-style Christian school in Bellaterra, a district of Cerdanyola del Vallès near Barcelona. The school calls itself North American, trilingual and international; its founder and owner is the non-profit Protestant association Connecta Associació Cristiana, and it is authorised by the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia. Stages: pre-school groups and Kindergarten, primary and secondary school, with one class for each year of study. Lessons are taught in three languages, English, Spanish and Catalan, with flexible groups and translanguaging. The programme combines the American Common Core standards with the basic competences of Catalonia and Spain, and assessment is continuous and competency-based. The pedagogy follows Charlotte Mason: reading and narrating living books, outdoor learning, STEAM projects and an emphasis on music, visual and performing arts. Groups have no more than 15 pupils, there are combined classes of different years, restorative discipline and conflict mediation, and particular attention to children with special educational needs. The school day is compressed, and pupils can stay for additional activities after lessons. The school is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International and states accreditation by ACSI and MSA for K-12, a partnership with Resourcing Christian Education International and approval by the NCAA Eligibility Center. The school publishes its fees itself and states them in euros.

An accreditation of Christian schools: the school spends eighteen months to two years on a self-study, and then peers from other Christian schools visit. Faithfulness to the Christian confession is part of the standards, so this is an accreditation with a condition of belief. It often runs jointly with MSA or Cognia, and such a pair is stronger than ACSI alone.

A low score here means the school does not write about this, not that the school does not have it: a school with good security and a sparse site will score low. A school can fill in its profile, and the score will be counted again.
The score is counted from 8 of the 9 criteria.Only those with checkable data count: programmes and accreditations from official registers, the fee from a published price list. Where it says "scored on the median", the school has no data and the middle of the list is put in its place, so that a gap gives no advantage. Admissions, teaching staff and reviews come in as their data arrives.
