Vilnius Pavilnys progymnasium is a municipal school for primary and lower-secondary education (grades 1-8), founded by the Vilnius City Municipality. Instruction is in Lithuanian. The site describes a chemistry lab for experiments, modern-equipped learning spaces, an e-diary (manodienynas.lt), a psychological and emotional support service for students and families, and an anti-bullying box. Primary and lower-secondary education each have their own assigned catchment zones, meaning a territorial priority by residential address applies at admission. Applications are submitted through the municipal online admission system (svietimas.vilnius.lt), decisions are made by the school's own admission commission, and lists of invited students are published before the school year starts.
