A private bilingual network in Rio de Janeiro, running since 1994 and holding nine campuses - eight in the city and one in Niterói. English runs daily from kindergarten and on Cambridge coursebooks, and since 2018 language proficiency exams have been sat on the school's own campuses: it gained the status of a Cambridge English preparation centre. Two subjects, Global Perspectives and Digital Literacy, are taught as international. The full run of stages - from kindergarten to the third year of Ensino Médio - is given by the Barra Olímpica, Freguesia Jacarepaguá, Tijuca and Santa Rosa campuses; the rest run separate stages. The school builds its senior years around ENEM and the university entrance exams, there is after-school care of several kinds, an exchange abroad and eleven clubs from ballet to swimming. The school publishes no fees on its site and reports nothing about charges: the amount can be learnt only through an enquiry form.

About the fees The school does not name its tuition fees on the site: it has no price section at all, and the "Interesse em Matrículas" page only offers a form to fill in so that the family can be contacted. Extras - after-school care, transport, meals - are arranged through the closed pupil portal, and no prices are shown there either.
Stages and year groups Grades Educação Infantil (Berçário) - 3.ª série do Ensino Médio. The school divides the path into four stages with ages: Educação Infantil - 1-5 years (the Berçário, Maternal and Pré-escola groups under the name Planeta Mágico), Ensino Fundamental Anos Iniciais - 6-10 years, Ensino Fundamental Anos Finais - 11-14 years, Ensino Médio - 15-17 years, "1ª · 2ª · 3ª SÉRIES". Four campuses out of nine give the full run: Barra Olímpica, Freguesia Jacarepaguá, Tijuca and Santa Rosa. Barra Américas runs Ensino Médio only, Barra Riviera only kindergarten and the junior years, Barra Aeronáutica has no Ensino Médio, and Humaitá and Recreio have no kindergarten.

Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. If the stages are known they are named in the line below; if that line is missing, the school does not publish them, and the Cambridge registry does not show stages either - it gives only the name of the centre, the country and whether private candidates are accepted. Cambridge calls what it does registration rather than accreditation, and the network holds about ten thousand schools.

Exam results The school claims a hundred per cent pass rate in the Cambridge English proficiency exams: "A partir dos excelentes resultados nos Exames de Proficiência de Cambridge - 100% de aprovação -, desde 2018 tornamo-nos um Centro dos Exames de Proficiência de Cambridge", and as a separate figure on the same page "100% DE APROVAÇÃO NOS EXAMES DE PROFICIÊNCIA DE CAMBRIDGE". Campus: The Barra Olímpica campus stands inside the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Park and is described thus: "Parque infantil, pátios coberto e descoberto, espaço maker, sala de multiatividades, biblioteca, refeitório e cantina também são oferecidas na Unidade. A prática esportiva é valorizada com uma quadra coberta". All the rooms are air-conditioned, and each stage has its own zone. Across the network the school claims "200+ SALAS DE AULA TOTALMENTE EQUIPADAS". The Barra Aeronáutica campus is housed on the grounds of the Clube de Aeronáutica, and Barra Olímpica in the Jeunesse Arena. Acessibilidade para PCD (Barra Olímpica). The Barra Olímpica campus has two 360-degree tours on the site.
