A private college in Çanakkale, at the twelfth kilometre of the İzmir road, overlooking the strait. The 100,000 square metre plot was bought in 1994 and the school opened on 11 September 1996 with 142 students, inaugurated by President Süleyman Demirel. Today the school reports more than 1,200 students across its stages: kindergarten, primary school, middle school, an Anatolian high school and a science high school. The primary stage follows the IB PYP, which the school knits into the national programme, saying that all the objectives of the national curriculum are addressed within the transdisciplinary themes of the PYP; the language of instruction is Turkish. The primary building has four storeys and 22 classrooms, alongside interactive classrooms, language activity rooms, laboratories, a library, art studios, a chess room, a health centre, a gymnasium, basketball courts, football pitches, tennis courts, a sandpit, a small zoo and play areas.
