The campus occupies fifteen thousand square metres of open space in the west of the European side of İstanbul, in Bahçeşehir, and by the school's own account takes children from the age of four and carries them through to Grade 12. The national curriculum is the basis of the teaching, with the Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary stages layered over it, and in the kindergarten and the primary school the IB Primary Years Programme is added to them. Spanish is taught as a second foreign language from the kindergarten onwards. On the site there are a swimming pool, a running track, outdoor and indoor sports halls, an augmented reality tunnel, a robotics laboratory, a cinema room and archery; the school counts more than twenty workshops, laboratories and special-purpose rooms on this one campus. The CAP extracurricular programme is made up of forty-three activities in eight areas, from swimming and ballet to blockchain and Junior UNESCO. The school publishes neither a price list, nor student numbers, nor class sizes: it gives its fees at a meeting by appointment.

About the fees The school has no price list, neither on the campus page nor on its general fees page: there it says, word for word, "özel okul fiyatları tek bir liste hâlinde yayımlanmaz" - private school fees are not published as a single list, because they depend on the campus, the stage and the services chosen. To the same question the school answers: "Tek bir liste yayımlamak yanıltıcı olurdu. Bilgi talep formunu dolduran velilere ilgili kampüsün güncel ücret tablosu yazılı olarak iletilir" - the table is sent out in reply to a completed information request form.
Admissions The school describes admission in three steps: "bilgi talep formu, kampüs ziyareti ve tanışma görüşmesi" - an information request form, a campus visit and an introductory interview. In the kindergarten and the primary school the child is met and assessed informally; at the higher stages there is a placement assessment, and an enrolment contract is drawn up on the strength of the results. Registration for the next school year opens in the spring and runs while places rema; the school notes separately that places in its classes are few and that early registration gives an advantage.
Stages and year groups Grades Kindergarten (ages 4-6) - Grade 12. All four stages run on the one campus: Kindergarten for ages 4-6, Primary School Grades 1-4, Middle School Grades 5-8 and the Anatolian High School Grades 9-12. The IB Primary Years Programme is authorised in the kindergarten and the primary school; class sizes on this campus the school does not give.

CambridgeCambridge International Education
Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. If the stages are known they are named in the line below; if that line is missing, the school does not publish them, and the Cambridge registry does not show stages either - it gives only the name of the centre, the country and whether private candidates are accepted. Cambridge calls what it does registration rather than accreditation, and the network holds about ten thousand schools.
What the badge means for this school. The school is allowed to run this programme and to award its certificate. This is a confirmation of the programme, not a judgement on the school as a whole. The entry stands in the organisation's public register - anyone can check it. At this school: Primary (ages 5-11), Lower Secondary (ages 11-14), IGCSE (ages 14-16). Primary is the primary stage, ages 5 to 11: English, mathematics and science to Cambridge syllabuses. At the end of the stage a school may run the optional Checkpoint test, which is marked in Cambridge. Lower Secondary is the middle stage, ages 11 to 14, with the same optional Checkpoint test at the end. IGCSE means exams at around Year 10 or 11, the British counterpart of a lower secondary leaving certificate.

A private network begun in 1997 in Güneşli in Istanbul. Its own site names no owner and no managing company: above the schools stands only the name of the network itself, and that too is a fact about it. Eight campuses in five cities: Istanbul - Güneşli, Bahçelievler, Ataşehir, Bahçeşehir and Beylikdüzü; Ankara - Çankaya Alacaatlı; Bursa - Özlüce; Antalya - Muratpaşa; Izmir - Çiğli. The network insists that it is not a certificate but a real IB and Cambridge school: it dates its Cambridge International School licence to 2014, its IB World School status to 2015 and the PYP to 2018. The network teaches in two foreign languages and names the CAP programme as its own model.
