St. Mark's School is a private bilingual school in San Isidro, run as a non-profit civil associati; its nursery and primary sections opened in 1964 and the secondary section in 1978. The school describes itself as bilingual, secular and pluralistic, lessons are taught in Spanish and English, and most secondary school subjects are taught in English. In recent years every pupil sits the international examinations of the University of Cambridge - IGCSE and AS - and in the senior years pupils choose a stream: social sciences or natural sciences. Enrolment starts at the age of two, the school day in the primary and secondary sections is a full one, from 7:45 to 16:20, and besides the main building on Murature the school has its own sports ground in Buenavista with synthetic rugby and hockey pitches and a water-based hockey pitch. The school does not publish pupil numbers; it has no list of the universities its leavers go on to either, saying only that practically all of them go on to university.

About the fees Fees are paid in ten monthly instalments from March to December. The matrícula equals the monthly instalment in force at the time of payment, and discounts do not apply to it. For families with several children the school gives a discount: 20 per cent for a second child, 35 for a third, 60 for a fourth and 80 for a fifth. The school warns that the amounts may change if teachers' salaries are officially increased, and that by law the basic instalment for March of the following year is communicated to parents before 30 September. The monthly fee for 2026 runs from 516,300 ARS for Kinder 2 with a short day to 1,556,900 ARS for years 4-6 of the secondary school; there are ten payments a year, from March to December.
Admissions Admission begins with a form on the website, after which the admissions team arranges a first meeting; interviews with the heads of section and assessment tests follow, and only then are places decided. Places are allotted by an order of priority that the school states plainly: first the children of associate families who already have brothers or sisters at the school, then the children of associate families without children at the school, then the children of former pupils, then the children of staff and only after them the children of new families.
Stages and year groups Grades Kinder 2 - Senior 6. Three sections: Inicial for children from two to five, Primaria from six to eleven and Secundaria from twelve to seventeen. The secondary school is divided into a basic cycle (Senior 1, Senior 2, Senior 3) and an oriented cycle (Senior 4, Senior 5, Senior 6); in the oriented cycle pupils choose social sciences or natural sciences, and both streams include subjects in economics. The school year runs as three terms from March to December.

Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level.
