A bilingual college in Hurlingham, a western suburb of Buenos Aires, opened in 1954 by Jane Ann Chinton and named in memory of St Paul's Cathedral in Lond, where she was baptised. One day is divided into two shifts: one runs in Spanish, the other in English, and so it goes from the two-year-old group up to the final year. In the senior school the Argentine Bachiller diploma with a science orientation is joined by the Cambridge ICE and AICE certificates, while French runs as a second foreign language with a compulsory DELF examinati. Sport is held on the field of the Hurling Club, and the dining hall is the school's own, with its own kitchen and days of national cuisine. The school lists agreements with eight Argentine universities - ITBA, Universidad de San Andrés, UADE, Austral, Universidad de Morón, UCEMA, Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and UCA - but publishes neither a list of the universities its leavers have entered nor examination results. About the fees The school names not a single figure for fees on its site: it has no section on costs at all, and the tuition contract is posted as a separate file.
Admissions Admission runs through three meetings: the first introduces the parents to the school and its programme, the second is educational and is led by the head of the stage the child is joining, and the third is with the child and the school guidance office. The school asks families to arrange a meeting in advance; applications are taken at admisiones@stpauls.edu.ar and on 4665-3309.
Stages and year groups Grades Sala de 2 (Playgroup) - 6° año de Educación Secundaria. Three stages on one campus: Nivel Inicial from the two-year-old group (Playgroup), Nivel Primario, divided into two cycles (years 1-3 and 4-6), and Nivel Secundario, which the school opened in 1978 with a seventh year. In the initial stage the two-year-old and three-to-four-year-old groups attend one shift - mornings from 8.15 to 11.50 or afternoons from 12.30 to 16.05 - while the five-year-old group moves to two compulsory shifts, 8.15-11.30 and 12.30-16.15, one of which runs in Spanish and the other in English.

Only the arrangement is named: in the primary school English is examined by Trinity College teachers from Lond, optionally in year 3 and compulsorily in year 6; in the senior school seven of the nine IGCSE subjects the school offers must be taken, and the AICE diploma requires three subjects in the sixth year of the senior school, two of them set by the school.

Campus: One campus at El Cardenal 950. The school's history names a new building opened in February 2015, extended kindergarten rooms, a larger dining hall and additional senior school classrooms; after a fire in 1995 the administration moved into the neighbouring house, bought earlier for expansi. The dining hall is the school's own: the food is cooked by school staff and not by a contractor. From the third year of primary school, physical education is held on the sports field of the Hurling Club. What the school does not have: the school has no written list of its rooms - the section on facilities is only photo galleries, among them galleries of general views, a laboratory and a book fair.

The school names a school guidance office (gabinete): "El gabinete del colegio se ocupa del desenvolvimiento armónico de los grupos y, en forma individual, brinda apoyo a algunos alumnos", and the same office takes part in the third admission meeting with the child.
