A private bilingual network in Ho Chi Minh City: morning lessons follow the Vietnamese state programme, afternoon lessons the English ESL programme built on Cambridge certificates, and a Vietnamese and a foreign teacher work together in the classroom. The name "Việt Mỹ primary and lower secondary school" is carried by three Ho Chi Minh City campuses - on Âu Cơ street, on Tùng Thiện Vương and on Quang Trung. The school keeps class sizes to no more than thirty, and has its own kitchen, a pitch with artificial turf, buses over four distance zones and a boarding house. Foreign teachers are recruited from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, with a bachelor's degree and a TESOL or TEFL certificate. There is a school counselling centre - it deals with pupils' state of mind, careers guidance and preparation for study abroad. The school publishes neither its year of foundation nor its number of pupils, and there are no summary examination results and no list of leavers' universities on the site.

About the fees The school sets out its fees not as text but as separate documents by campus and stage: the "Biểu phí 2026-2027" section opens eight embedded documents - three for the school stages and five for the preschool ones. The figures that follow are those of the Phú Định campus. Annual amounts for 2026-2027 at the Phú Định campus, in a single payment before 30 April 2026 for 42 weeks: "Lớp 1 Grade 1 - 76,391,280", "Lớp 2 - 79,096,080", "Lớp 3 - 85,201,200", "Lớp 4 - 89,915,280", "Lớp 5 - 96,020,400". There are instalment schemes as well: "Đóng 2 lần/ năm học" and "Đóng 4 lần/ năm học (10 tuần)" - for Lớp 1 these are 38,353,800 and 19,770,000. Each campus has its own price list, and in the Phú Định list the lower secondary stage is not set out.
Admissions The school sets out its conditions stage by stage. Primary: "Độ tuổi theo quy định của Bộ Giáo dục & Đào tạo", "Học lực Khá trở lên, Hạnh kiểm: Khá". Lower secondary: the same age threshold, "Được công nhận hoàn thành chương trình Tiểu học", "Học lực & Hạnh kiểm xếp loại Khá trở lên" and "Kiểm tra trình độ tiếng Anh đầu vào". Transferring pupils need a complete set of documents and their school record, marks and conduct no lower than "khá", no disciplinary penalties at their previous school, and a move part-way through the year is possible only at the end of a semester. The school states separately that English need not be known beforehand: "Nếu học sinh chưa học gì về tiếng Anh sẽ không phải qua kỳ kiểm tra tiếng Anh đầu vào mà được xếp thẳng vào lớp căn bản theo đúng bậc học của mình".
Stages and year groups Grades lớp 1 - lớp 9. The network runs every stage from preschool to upper secondary, but this school is the primary and lower secondary one: Lớp 1 to Lớp 9. The school writes of Lớp 9 as the leaving year of the stage: "100% học sinh lớp 9 tốt nghiệp chương trình Trung học Cơ sở có đủ năng lực lên tiếp bậc Trung học Phổ thông tại các trường công lập, song ngữ hoặc trong Hệ thống Trường Việt Mỹ".
