Cuatronaranjos is an active bilingual school in Murcia, on Calle Alcalde Gaspar de la Peña; in law it is Cuatronaranjos Murcia Active School S.L. The school writes that it opened its doors about a decade ago with one clear idea - to give an education that starts from what children actually need. The footer of every page names a NEASC double qualification. The stages are Infantil years one to three and Primaria years one to six, that is from three to twelve; there is no senior stage. The school calls English a language that is lived every day rather than studied apart, and a child's level of English is assessed at admission. The main thing a parent needs to know: the school publishes no monthly or annual tuition figure on its site, only the registration fee.

About the fees The registration fee reserves the place the school has offered, is paid once a year per student and is non-refundable: 500 EUR in the first year and 250 EUR on renewal. There is no monthly or annual tuition figure on the site.
Admissions Admission runs in several steps: a pre-registration form, an interview with the family, getting to know the child, an assessment of the child's English, payment of the registration fee and, where needed, a period of settling in and attachment to the centre. In the interviews and on visit days the family learns the school's values, aims and way of working, and the school learns why the family is choosing Cuatronaranjos and what goals it has for the child's education. The pedagogical team reviews everything gathered and decides whether the school covers the family's and the child's needs and whether the child is ready for Cuatronaranjos; the family is then told whether a place is available. A child can join any class if there is a place, but the earlier, the more natural the settling in; groups are small, so the school advises getting in touch early. The school does not write about foreigners or citizenship.
Stages and year groups Grades Infantil years 1-3 - Primaria year 6. By its admission form the school takes students from the first to the third year of Infantil and from the first to the sixth year of Primaria, that is from three to twelve. There is a morning extension from 8:00 to 8:30 and a lunch extension from 14:00 to 15:30.

NEASCNew England Association of Schools and Colleges
An American accreditation working since 1885. For international schools it uses an approach where the visitors look first at live lessons rather than at folders of paperwork: the team works in the school for about a week. It is the only one here whose public directory honestly separates accredited schools from candidates.
What the badge means for this school. The school has been through this organisation's accreditation. It was judged as a whole: governance, safeguarding, staff, premises, teaching. The entry stands in the organisation's public register - anyone can check it.

Reviews
No reviews yet. The community rating counts towards the score once a school has five verified reviews - until then we do not show a zero, so as not to mislead.

A low score here means the school does not write about this, not that the school does not have it: a school with good security and a sparse site will score low. A school can fill in its profile, and the score will be counted again.
The score is counted from 7 of the 9 criteria.Only those with checkable data count: programmes and accreditations from official registers, the fee from a published price list. Where it says "scored on the median", the school has no data and the middle of the list is put in its place, so that a gap gives no advantage. Admissions, teaching staff and reviews come in as their data arrives.
