Harvest Private School in Ras Al Khaimah opened in 1994 as Al-Rashad Private School and taught the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum; in 2013-2014 it moved to the British curriculum and gained the ministry's approval as a British school, and in 2016-2017 it took its present name. It now holds 1,052 pupils of 47 nationalities, and the school reckons that more than fifteen thousand leavers have passed through it in all. It teaches the National Curriculum for England and prepares pupils for IGCSE, AS and A Level - and for three boards at once: Cambridge, Oxford AQA and Pearson Edexcel. The school is divided into four sections - kindergarten, primary, secondary and high school - and boys' and girls' classes are held separately. The main points of its provision: a medical room with a doctor and two nurses working alongside the emirate's government and the ministry, fifteen air-conditioned buses, libraries, art rooms, one science laboratory and one computer room. The school does not state an admission age in figures, and that is worth asking it directly.

About the fees The annual fee in UAE dirhams for 2026/2027, tuition column only: 9,350 for KG1 and KG2, 9,900 for Grades 1-3, 12,100 for Grade 4, 15,900 for Grades 5-6, 15,965 for Grade 7, 17,500 for Grade 8, 18,500 for Grade 9 and 20,600 for Grades 10-12. The full ministry-approved fee is higher and includes books and uniform: from 10,750 dirhams in KG1 to 22,300 in Grade 12, with books at 950-1,200 and uniform at 450-500 dirhams. From Grade 5 the school gives its own discounts of 1,050 to 3,400 dirhams, and the discounted fee including VAT comes to 10,770-18,925 dirhams. VAT appears as a separate line in the table - 22.5 dirhams up to Grade 7 and 25 dirhams thereafter.
Admissions Admission is handled by the school: the full workflow is published as a separate file, and the admissions page lists the documents - the father's and the pupil's Emirates ID, a vaccination certificate, a birth certificate, three photographs, a valid passport and visa, a transfer certificate and a grade report. The school publishes no age thresholds at all, nor any conditions for admission testing - these have to be established with the school itself.
Stages and year groups Grades KG1 to Grade 12. The school is licensed for the full K-12 cycle and divided into four sections: kindergarten (Phase 1), primary (Phase 2), secondary (Phase 3) and high school (Phase 4). Boys' and girls' classes run separately, in separate sections. The school describes the key stages of the British curriculum by age: KS1 for ages 5-7 and Years 1-2, KS2 for ages 7-11 and Years 3-6, KS3 for ages 11-14 and Years 7-9, KS4 for ages 14-16 and Years 10-11 with examinations at the end.

Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. Libraries stocked with books, periodicals and reference resources, art and craft rooms, a clean canteen with reasonably priced healthy snacks, and a school store for textbooks and uniforms. Science and technology: one science laboratory equipped for chemistry, biology and physics, and one computer room with internet, multimedia facilities and a firewall. Sport: outdoor and indoor games, athletics, basketball, football, gymnastics, throwball and volleyball. Transport is the school's fleet of fifteen air-conditioned buses.

The medical room is fully equipped and staffed by a dedicated doctor and two nurses: first aid, immediate attention for illness and the keeping of medical records. The school states plainly that its medical team works with the Government of Ras Al Khaimah and the Ministry of Education to uphold health standards and safety protocols. The school names no counsellor, no security staff, no CCTV and no child protection policy.
