A Jesuit gymnasium in central Kaunas, on Rotušė Square, teaches grades 1 to 12 with a Pre-IB section and the IB Diploma Programme in grades 11 and 12 taught in English. In the 2026-2027 school year the school has 925 students and 117 staff, of whom 93 are teachers and specialists. The gymnasium describes itself as a Christian Jesuit community with a chaplain and pastoral work, retreats and liturgy, not only as a place of instruction, under the motto 'Ad majora natus sum', born for greater things. It is run by a public-benefit organisation, VšĮ, founded by the Jesuit order; the school itself states that state funds cover only part of its core costs, and it openly raises donations, including through tax incentives for companies, to build a multifunctional science and sports centre.

About the fees The annual tuition fee is 3300 euros, the 2025-2026 rate. Extracurricular activities are billed separately at 130 euros a month, plus textbooks, a computer and the school uniform.
Admissions Admission to grade 1 is competitive, in two stages: a practical task testing teamwork and social skills, then a committee interview of up to 15 minutes whose decisions are not explained. The site states no citizenship restriction, and families apply through an online form. No explicit Lithuanian-language requirement is stated on the admission page, but grades 1 to 10 are taught in Lithuanian, so the language is needed in practice; the IB Diploma section in grades 11 and 12 is taught in English.
