Vilniaus inžinerijos ir technologijų licėjus (commonly 'Vitlio licėjus') could not be read from its own site: several attempts to open the homepage, the English version and the contacts page all failed. According to the state register of education institutions (AIKOS), it is a viešoji įstaiga - a legal form Lithuania typically uses for private organizations - registered on November 19, 2010 at Žemuogių g. 10, LT-08415 Vilnius, with a single founder, private individual Vilma Daugėlienė. Funding is mixed: founder's contributions, tuition fees, plus municipal and state budget - a common arrangement for Lithuanian private schools, where the state tops up the per-pupil 'basket'. LRT's topic page calls the lyceum outright 'Privati mokykla Vilniuje' - a private school in Vilnius. This conflicts with the expectation that the lyceum would be a state school: by direct external evidence (not from the school's own site, which never opened), the lyceum is registered and presents itself as private. This is worth rechecking separately: this may refer to a different, genuinely state institution with a similar or formerly identical name that could not be located with the means available.
