Cemberlitas Anadolu Lisesi is a state Anatolian high school in the Cemberlitas quarter of the Fatih district of Istanbul, with 436 students and 38 teachers by its own count. Lessons run in a single shift from 8:00 to 15:00. English is the first foreign language and the school names German as the second. On top of the national curriculum the school runs the IB Diploma Programme, and it keeps the Cambridge IGCSE line as a menu section of its own. European school projects take up a large part of its public life: it publishes a digital magazine for its eTwinning project and runs a project called Youth Voices.

About the fees This is a state high school of the Ministry of National Education and the site announces no tuition. Nothing is published about the cost of the international programme either.
Admissions General entry is through the national LGS examination. For the IB Diploma Programme the school selects by its own exam: two hours, based on the grade nine syllabus, with open-ended questions in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology, and the exam is in English. Sample questions are deliberately not published. Candidates from other schools must meet the minimum LGS score for this high school under the ministry instruction on international programmes, and the school names that threshold as 464.
