İSTEK Atanur Oğuz Okulları opened in 1989 and carry the name of Atanur Oğuz, the head of the network, who died in 1992. The campus takes up fifteen dönüm in business Balmumcu in the Beşiktaş district and runs five schools - kindergarten, primary, middle, an Anadolu high school and a science high school. In the 2022-2023 school year 1,540 children studied here. The school names a conference hall for 500 seats, a large library, an indoor sports complex, a pool, music and art workshops, three science labs, two computer labs, three large dining halls, a football pitch and open playing areas. In the primary school there are two IB/PYP program coordinators and two psychologists; the older stages have a Model United Nations club, the European School Network exchange program - the school is one of its two Turkish participants - and, since 2023, the International Award for Young People. There are fifteen clubs, from fencing and horse riding to ballet and korfball, and in winter and summer an outside organization runs sports sessions on the grounds. Tuition is not published as text on the website, and the school gives no list of the universities its graduates go to.

The schools of the Istanbul foundation İSTEK İstanbul Eğitim ve Kültür Vakfı, established by Bedrettin Dalan in 1985; the first school of the foundation its pages name as the Semiha Şakır high school in Göztepe. The foundation exists separately from the schools and holds, besides them, Yeditepe University, opened in 1996: that is how it describes its own chain - from kindergarten to university and to work. A school, for the foundation, means a separately licensed institution of one stage, and at the high school level it divides them by type as well; its own count is 22 kindergartens, 22 primary schools, 22 middle schools, 20 high schools and 14 Fen high schools, that is, about a hundred institutions, and this is a count by stage on the same campuses rather than by address.
