Özel Şehir Koleji is a private school in the Odunpazarı district of Eskişehir. The institution grew out of Özel Şehir Dershaneleri, a tutoring centre opened in 2009, and its Gönül Gökmeydan campus now holds a kindergarten, a primary school, a middle school and an Anadolu/Fen high school; a second kindergarten branch works separately at Capella Park. The school names two teaching models of its own: IEP, which it describes as an international education programme, and ADEKA, which plans and tracks a child's academic, language and socio-cultural development individually. A separate unit, the Yaratıcı Zihinler innovation centre, works as a pre-incubator where students build products and start-ups with mentoring. English and German are the foreign languages. Coding, 3D design and programming basics run from primary school up to high school. The holder of the institution is Özel Şehir Eğitim Kurumları.

About the fees No figures are published for any level. The school explains payment terms only. Uniform, stationery and the year's learning materials beyond the ministry textbooks are not part of the tuition and are bought before the year starts. A family leaving before the school year starts is refunded the annual fee less ten per cent; leaving after it starts, less ten per cent and the days already attended. If the VAT rate changes or new taxes come in, the difference is passed on to the fee.
Admissions Admission starts with a preliminary interview form on the site, and the school also runs its own scholarship exam and publishes the results. For grade nine the national LGS exam result counts: it sets the discount announced by the school, and if a pupil qualifies for a higher discount the enrolment is rewritten at the larger of the two.
Stages and year groups Four levels share the Gönül Gökmeydan campus: kindergarten, primary school, middle school and the Anadolu/Fen high school. The kindergarten runs groups of three, four and five year olds. The school describes the Anadolu Lisesi and the Fen Lisesi on a single page, with no separate page for either.

Advanced Placement: American advanced courses for the senior years. The exam for a course is set and marked by the College Board, not by the school. A good result is counted by American universities as a first-year course already passed, which saves a student time and money.
