The school works in Zagreb's Sesvete and teaches children from seven to fourteen: grades one to five follow the IB PYP, grades six to eight the Croatian national curriculum. Croatian and English sit side by side in the ordinary business of the day, and children whose first language is not English are given ESL support in small groups; German starts in grade one. The day is built out of long blocks of work, time outdoors and clubs until four o'clock: there is no bell in the school at all, the morning opens with a whole-group circle, and the school counts its garden as an extension of the classroom. There is a single fee for the year, and it covers the full day, breakfast, lunch, a snack, German and two school uniforms; organised transport is charged separately. Schooling here ends with the eighth grade, and the school does not say where its leavers go on to study; it is now opening an upper secondary school of its own and is already taking preliminary registrations.

About the fees Tuition for the school year is 6,700 EUR, with the option of paying 670 EUR a month over ten months. The school gives a 10 percent discount on tuition for a second child. The fee covers teaching by the IB PYP method and a full day from 8:00 to 14:00, two meals - breakfast and lunch - plus a snack, creative workshops in social and emotional development, German as an additional foreign language and two school uniforms. Organised transport for the children costs 150 EUR a month and is not included in tuition.
Admissions A child is first registered through the state portal Upisi.hr, where Linea is chosen as an additional option alongside the catchment school; then come the school doctor's examination and testing at the catchment school the child belongs to by home address. After that the school holds its own free assessment and consultation, and admission closes with a conversation with the parents and the child. These conversations and enrolment for the school year run from 1 to 30 June, but a child can also be enrolled at any time during the year if places are free. A transfer from another school is possible all year round: it takes the school's free assessment and consultation and a leaving record from the previous school.
Stages and year groups Grades grades 1-8. From grade 1 to grade 5 the school runs the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, and from grade 6 to grade 8 the Croatian national curriculum; enrolment is open for the upper grades of the primary and lower secondary school as well, grades 5 to 8. The school plans to open an upper secondary school: it has announced that it is in the process of opening one, accepts preliminary enrolments and invites future students and parents to information talks.

Linea Summer School runs at the school's address from 15 June to 10 July, in weekly cycles from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 14:00; any single week can be booked. The programme is for children from six to eleven years old, is built on the IB PYP approach, and all activities are in English in small groups.
