ITES Angelo Fraccacreta is a state technical economic institute in San Severo (province of Foggia), opened by ministerial decree in 1961 as a commercial and surveyors' institute and named after a local economist who was rector of the University of Bari. Tracks: Amministrazione, Finanza e Marketing (including EsaBac Techno), Relazioni Internazionali per il Marketing, Sistemi Informativi Aziendali, Turismo (including EsaBac with an Italian-French double diploma); there is also an evening course and a section in the local prison. Since 2022 the school has been a Cambridge International School: in the Cambridge classes of the economic track geography, ICT or economics and English as a Second Language follow IGCSE syllabuses with a native-speaker teacher. 572 teenagers attend the day school, with 77 teachers. Teaching is in Italian, with some subjects in English in the Cambridge classes.

About the fees The school is a state school and charges no tuition. B1 and B2 certificate preparation courses are free. Families pay a voluntary contribution (contributo scolastico volontario); the site gives neither its amount nor IGCSE exam fees.
Admissions Enrolment in grade 1 follows the national Iscrizioni online procedure. The Cambridge IGCSE course requires a good basic level of English; the school offers free B1 and B2 certificate preparation before IGCSE exams. Students with foreign citizenship attend (11 according to the PTOF), and guidelines on the right to education of foreign and adopted children apply.

Istituto tecnico economico, five years with the esame di Stato: Amministrazione, Finanza e Marketing (and the EsaBac Techno line), Relazioni Internazionali per il Marketing, Sistemi Informativi Aziendali, Turismo (and the EsaBac line - Italian diploma and French baccalauréat); an evening course for adults and a prison section. Cambridge section in AFM: in 2023-2025 Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language, Geography and ICT, from 2024-2025 in new classes English as a Second Language, Geography and Economics, in English with a native-speaker teacher from grade 1; IGCSE exams by the end of grade 3-4 or early grade 5 (English as a Second Language plus Geography in Turismo or Economics in AFM). The course does not reduce the regular curriculum. The school is a Cambridge English exam centre (PET, FCE, CAE).
