Highest College, also known as Instituto Hull Cordell, has been running since 1992 in the Saavedra district in the north of Buenos Aires, on Crisólogo Larralde street: the school was founded by Patricia Tornú and Donato Saponara. A child is led from the room for two-year-olds to the fifth year of secondary school and leaves as a bachiller with a bias towards economics and administrati, and in the secondary school an average of fifteen hours a week are taught in English. English is built around the Cambridge examinations: Starters in 3rd grade, Movers in 4th, Flyers in 5th, Key in 6th, PET in 7th, FCE in the third year of secondary school and IGCSE in the fourth and fifth in mathematics, history, English, economics, business, literature, Spanish and environmental management. Fees are announced month by month on a separate sheet: from 429,000 to 819,000 pesos a month, ten instalments from March to December, with a discount for a second child, while lunch, the pre-hora, transport and the sports field are separate lines. Classrooms are fitted with computers, screens and cameras, there are computing rooms and two interactive classrooms with smart boards, and robotics on Educabot and Arduino kits, three-dimensional printing, augmented reality, multimedia design and school radio in 6th and 7th grade run as workshops. The school does not publish a named teaching staff or its number of pupils, and the presentation folders for the levels are posted as pictures only. The Buenos Aires city Ministry of Education singled the school out among the "escuelas que Rompen Barreras". In the primary school the workshops run in cycles: grades 1-3 - robotics on the "STEAM KIT BUTY" and "KIT DE EXPANSIÓN 4" kits, grades 4-6 - "PROTOTIPADO 5 y 6" and "KIT DE EXPANSIÓN 7", and across the levels Scratch and "Pilas y Bloques". The school names "participación en concursos literarios y científicos", "Learning by Doing" with robotics, Arduino, three-dimensional printing and augmented reality, "programas radiales en 6º y 7º grado", musical productions at the end of the year and "escuelas verdes". In the secondary school there is the Digital House Schools programme of eight levels across five strands: digital technology culture, data, marketing, programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UX design. In the jardín there are "Talleres para salas de 4 y 5 años".

About the fees The school prints its fees on a separate sheet and updates it month by month: the September sheet carries "10 cuotas mensuales" from March to December and amounts by level - Inicial Jornada Simple 429,000 pesos, Inicial Jornada Doble 654,000, Primaria Jornada Completa 804,000, Secundaria from year 1 to year 5 with forty hours or more 819,000. The discount for a second child: jardín 386,000, jardín double shift 589,000, primary school 724,000, secondary 737,000. Admissions An application is made on the form on the home page: name, email, telephone, the applicant's name, previous school, country, year of entry, level from "(JARDÍN) Sala de 2" to "(SECUNDARIA) 5to Año" and shift - morning, afternoon or double. For enrolment the school collects, level by level, the "Ficha de datos del alumno", "Ficha médica", "Planilla de salud", "Autorizaciones 2026", "Personas autorizadas para retirar alumnos 2026", permission for Google Suite and Google Classroom for new families, "Normas de convivencia 2026", the rules on the use of devices and the uniform requirements. The school names no entrance examinations, no interviews and no enrolment deadlines.

The primary school runs from 1st to 7th grade (the materials lists go grade by grade from 1 to 7). The secondary is "1º a 5º año", with a ciclo básico and a ciclo orientado, "BACHILLER CON ORIENTACIÓN EN ECONOMÍA Y ADMINISTRACIÓN".

Every classroom has computers, screens and cameras so that lessons can be run live; there are computer rooms with latest-generation equipment and two interactive classrooms with smart boards and projectors; a network built for a large flow of data and a partnership with Google for Classroom and Drive are named separately. The home page invites visitors to find out about the natural sciences space. The sports field the school keeps as a separate line of the fee - for primary and secondary school. 2 interactive boards.
