Stembridge School in Vilnius is part of an educational project that began in Minsk in spring 2018, when a group of enthusiasts opened a school there and by 2021 had gained accreditation as, at the time, the only IB school in Belarus. In 2020, during the protests in Belarus, the school took an active civic stance, supporting affected pupils, parents and dismissed teachers. In 2021 the network opened a school in Vilnius, and in October 2022 Belarusian authorities closed most private schools in the country, including Stembridge in Minsk, which lost both its state and its IB accreditation along with its entire educational premises. The Vilnius school has thus been operating since 2021 and today exists separately from the network's Belarusian history; in April 2024 it moved to a larger building at Nemenčinės pl. 48, where it operates today. The accreditation the school currently names is Cambridge International Education, with the Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary programmes; the site states these are for children aged 5 to 14, even though enrolment is announced for grades 1-10, and on completing grade 10 the school promises a Lithuanian state certificate and a Cambridge IGCSE, with an intention to extend teaching to grade 12 with Cambridge AS and A Level in future. Instruction is trilingual: Russian, English and Lithuanian (the latter as a foreign language), and since the 2024-2025 school year a bilingual grade 1 class has been running on a two-teacher model (one Russian-speaking, one English-speaking) at once. Classes are capped at 20. The school runs a separate kindergarten line, Stembridge Kids, for children aged 2-7 with its own price list; formally this is a neighbouring, not the same, product. Meals are provided by an accredited contractor, Dussmann, and there is a school bus on a fixed route.

About the fees Under the school's official 2026/2027 price list, on the standard (non-monthly) plan the annual price is: 7500 euro for grades 1-3, 7000 euro for grade 4, 7200 euro for grades 5-8, and 7600 euro for grades 9-10. The monthly plan works out slightly more expensive per year (for example, 7700 euro for grades 1-3). There are also reduced "second child" rates (minus 10%) and an "early bird" rate with a further discount. On top of tuition there is a one-off registration fee of 400 euro, a deposit of 600 euro refundable under certain conditions (non-refundable if the contract is ended on the parents' initiative), and an annual learning-materials fee of 450 euro.
Admissions The site states no citizenship or language restriction on admission; enrolment is open for grades 1-10 for the 2026/2027 school year, with applications separately open for grade 11 (from the 2027/2028 school year) and grade 12 (from the 2028/2029 school year) as the school grows. No entrance exam or selection interview is described on the site; applications can be made online or in person.

CambridgeCambridge International Education
Part of the University of Cambridge. It allows a school to teach the Cambridge programmes and to enter pupils for the exams. There are four stages and they are authorised separately: primary, lower secondary, IGCSE and A Level. If the stages are known they are named in the line below; if that line is missing, the school does not publish them, and the Cambridge registry does not show stages either - it gives only the name of the centre, the country and whether private candidates are accepted. Cambridge calls what it does registration rather than accreditation, and the network holds about ten thousand schools.

The entry stands in the organisation's public register - anyone can check it. At this school: Primary (ages 5-11), Lower Secondary (ages 11-14), IGCSE (ages 14-16), A-Level (ages 16-18). Primary is the primary stage, ages 5 to 11: English, mathematics and science to Cambridge syllabuses. At the end of the stage a school may run the optional Checkpoint test, which is marked in Cambridge. Lower Secondary is the middle stage, ages 11 to 14, with the same optional Checkpoint test at the end. IGCSE means exams at around Year 10 or 11, the British counterpart of a lower secondary leaving certificate. A-Level is the senior years, and their results are what British and many other universities admit on.

Exam results On completing grade 10 the school issues a Lithuanian state certificate and a Cambridge IGCSE certificate, which allows entry to colleges; after grade 12, once that level exists, a Lithuanian diploma and Cambridge AS and A Level are also promised. The school does not publish numeric exam results (average score, pass rate), as it has not yet grown to a full cycle through grades 11-12.
